We just loved Stacey and Mason's ceremony! So much so, that we decided to edit a surprise ceremony highlights film for them! They had such a sweet, intimate outdoor ceremony at Shadowbrook - they both looked so happy and so love, and we're really thankful that we were able to be a part of their wedding day and film their beautiful ceremony and reception.

2013 Clarksville Brides Wedding & Event Showcase

We had a great time at this year's Clarksville Brides Wedding & Event Showcase! We met lots of fabulous brides and handed out TONS of demos. Stephanie & Kinley

Stephanie & Kinley's wedding day was so much fun! The sun was shining all morning at their ceremony venue, Sugar Grove Carriage House, and then out of no where a storm came in right before the ceremony! But, the happy couple didn't let that get them down - everyone pulled out their umbrellas and we moved on with the day! I loved so many things about this wedding day - Stephanie's entrance on the horse & carriage, the beautiful blue color of the bridesmaids dresses, working with one of my favorite photographers, Joan of Art Photography, discovering a new-to-me reception venue, Hopkinsville Country Club, and more! Stephanie & Kinley have such a fun, great disposition and I think that really shows in their multimedia film. Enjoy!

Joan of Art!

We're busy editing today but I just wanted to share some photos from a recent wedding we shot with Joan of Art Photography. This was one of our special multimedia projects where Joan shot the photos while we filmed and we'll edit the video and photos together for the bride & groom. These photos are from Stephanie & Kinley's wedding day last month. They had their ceremony at Sugar Grove Carriage House (check out the horse & carriage - see below!) and they held their reception at the Hopkinsville Country Club. I LOVE editing multimedias so I can't wait to mesh our video with Joan's fabulous photos to create Stephanie & Kinley's wedding day film.

New Sample Reception Films!

The first new film highlights Mallory & Aaron's reception, shot at The Mill at Lebanon, and features the DJ services of Spangler Entertainment. There were many great details at Aaron & Mallory's wedding day, but one of my favorites had to be the Trivia. The DJ asked questions about Mallory & Aaron and the guest that answered the question correctly had their table released to the buffet line. It was a great way to keep the line from getting backed up and it was cute getting to hear little trivia facts about Aaron & Mallory.

The second new film highlights Travis & Whitney's reception, shot right here in Clarksville at The Cumberland Room. The wedding day was coordinated by Carly Rager Event Design and Coordinating and photographed by Joan of Art Photography. Whitney & Travis had such a fun reception - definitely one of my favorites of the year! The best moment for me had to be in the middle of the bridal parties' toasts. There were some beautiful, emotional toasts, and then one of the bridesmaids stood up and said "I just want you to know - I just saved 15% by switching to Geico." The room burst into laughter and it was just a perfect moment! I loved it!

Client viewing site is up!

Our client viewing site, www.ATurningPointProduction.com, is back up.

Because the site was hacked, and we had to re-upload it anyway, we decided to update the site with new photos courtesy of Joan of Art Photography and Bethany Ann Photography.

Due to the volume of weddings that we've filmed over the last few years, we only re-uploaded films from 2009 and 2010. If you are a bride or groom from a previous year, and would like your film re-uploaded, please contact us and we will be happy to do so!

Puppy Mill Rescue

We were contacted by North Shore Animal League America a couple weeks ago about filming the transfer of 100 puppies at Precious Friends here in Clarksville. The animals were rescued from puppy mills in Missouri and Oklahoma by National Mill Dog Rescue. They were brought to Precious Friends to be checked over by a vet and given their rabies vaccinations. They were then transferred into the care of NSALA and transported up to New York for adoption.

I was joined at the shoot by Joan of Art Photography. Joan took some amazing photos and you can click here to check out a slide show of her photos.

It was a really wonderful experience getting to film the event and we really enjoyed editing this highlights film:

ClarksvilleBrides.com Multimedia Fashion Show

Back in January, we produced a multimedia film that played during the fashion show at the ClarksvilleBrides.com Wedding and Event Showcase. Live models walked on stage during their dresses segment of the film - it was an amazing show and we loved working with different photographers, locations, and bridal shops to create unique multimedia films.
