Fox Crossing & Crosswinds Homes

It's been a fun few weeks! We recently shot 8 homes for Lindy Schmittou of Reliant Realty and then took 10 days off to go visit some family, so now it's time to catch up on some blogging! These Hutcheson Construction homes are in the Crosswinds and Fox Crossing subdivisions. Here are some miscellaneous shots of some of the houses. Love the blue garage door, front door and shutters (see below)! It's so beautiful and unique; makes me want a blue house. :)

Homes For Sale

We recently filmed and photographed some homes for sale for Larry Chappell over at ERA and Jeffrey Danault with Keller Williams. First up is a fun home on Hazelwood Drive in Clarksville! I was so happy I was able to shoot on one of our rare sunny days this winter (seriously, I'm sick of the cloudy days).

I REALLY love the floor plan in this house. It has a nice, open kitchen & dining room:

Great backyard! Lots of area to run/play - this is definitely a kid-friendly home & neighborhood.

Next up is this awesome property we shot for Jeffrey Danault. This Squirrel Drive home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in Dover. I got to talk to the homeowners and they really love living there, so much so that they are actually moving into another house in the same neighborhood. I think that really speaks volumes about how enjoyable it is to live there.

Bentley Meadows

There are SO many great features that I loved capturing when I was filming and photographing Lot 118 in Bentley Meadows for the Felicia Long Team.

SOLD: Brunswick Beauty

Virtual Tour MaDnEsS!

I have been a bad blogger! :) Lately, we've been busy shooting and editing all kinds of real estate virtual tours for the Felicia Long Team, and then last Saturday, we dove right in to the second half of our wedding season, filming Camille and Trent's wedding day here in Clarksville at First Presbyterian and the Country Club. We sneaked away for the beginning half of this week to spend some much needed time on the beach (thank you Blue Surf Vacation Rental!), but we're back in town now and back to work! Tomorrow, we'll be filming this year's Q108 Wedding Giveaway winner's wedding ceremony in the Butterfly Garden next to Valor Hall. We've never shot there before so we're pumped about the new venue!
