This is a cute little starter home with SO much potential - seriously, this yard is to die for! I currently live in a newer neighborhood and I would LOVE to have some of these trees around my home. The mature trees created so much great shade - I filmed this home in the middle of summer and the house was so nice and cool without having to run the AC, just from the trees keeping the sun from blazing down on the house.
