I Got You

Jenny & Brandon got married on a GORGEOUS August day at one of my fav local venues, Walker Farms. I love their outdoor, waterfront ceremonies and open, yet intimate receptions. (plus the lighting is always amazing!) Jenny & Brandon's wedding day was even more wonderful than I expected. Although the wedding day was about them, they took their guests into consideration - including shifting the ceremony location over into the shade and providing water bottles & hand fans for their guests (August in TN = sweaty wedding guests) :) The best detail of the day for me had to be their wedding favors - pears & hand-stamped favor bags in which to take them home. I really enjoyed working with this couple and it was such a pleasure creating their wedding day films.

Joann & Ryan: The Mosaic

Ryan & Joann are loaded with personality and so is their wedding highlights film. They had an incredibly meaningful, and entertaining, wedding ceremony, which I had no choice but to highlight in their film. :) I really believe that it's the fun little moments that make a wedding unique and unforgettable and, lucky for this editor, Ryan & Joann's wedding day was full of them. The whole day was coordinated by the forever-fabulous Debra Harris of Visions by Debra and located at Kuttawa Harbor House.

Rick & Bethany: The Mosaic

A couple months ago, our buddy Rick got "wife'd up" (his words - not mine) to our buddy Bethany (of Bethany Ann Photography - shameless plug - ahhh!). :) We had so much fun filming that day - but I had even more fun editing their footage. I laughed, I cried, I laughed some more! I'm so happy for Rick & Bethany - they are perfect for each other! I'm so grateful that they completely opened up their wedding day to us and we were able to capture all the awesomeness that is Rick & Bethany!

James & Andrea's Mosaic

We've shot over 130 weddings, but this was the first one we shot in HD. Andrea & James are a super sweet, super fun couple - and we happen to share a last name (no relation...we think) :) The weather was ominous looking all day (great shots for the videographer - not so great for an outdoor ceremony), but the weather cleared up in time and it was a gorgeous wedding day. Side note: it's not very often that I get to say "I'm gonna go shoot the horses" but thankfully this was one of those occasions. Check out their Mosaic (highlights of the day) Film below:
