We've Moved!

So, after 10 years of being based out of Clarksville, TN, I'm excited to announce that we have moved to the Emerald Coast in Florida! We are still filming and editing events in the Clarksville-Nashville-Hopkinsville area (and I love a good reason to go visit all our friends up there!) but now we're also serving the panhandle area. My husband and I actually had a beach wedding so it's a fun change of pace to get to film destination weddings down here.

But for all my Clarksville peeps, if you know anyone looking for a home, our old house is on the market and we'd love for them to check it out: 1837 Twin Rivers Rd, Clarksville, TN 37040

Amazingly Large Rec Room:

This kitchen is even more beautiful in person:

The master suite is loaded with awesomeness, including this remodeled bathroom:

And the master closet has gorgeous built ins:

And even more built ins:

My favorite part of this home is the back deck. It was MASSIVE!

This house is on 1+ acre overlooking the Red River so this outdoor living space is private and quiet:

Bentley Meadows

There are SO many great features that I loved capturing when I was filming and photographing Lot 118 in Bentley Meadows for the Felicia Long Team.

First of all, I'm a sucker for an open floor plan:

And who doesn't love a big laundry room?!

So awesome! A private little mudroom with built-ins. Yes, please!

 MORE BUILT-INS!

And yes, more built-ins, in this ginormous master closet.

Virtual Tour MaDnEsS!

I have been a bad blogger! :) Lately, we've been busy shooting and editing all kinds of real estate virtual tours for the Felicia Long Team, and then last Saturday, we dove right in to the second half of our wedding season, filming Camille and Trent's wedding day here in Clarksville at First Presbyterian and the Country Club. We sneaked away for the beginning half of this week to spend some much needed time on the beach (thank you Blue Surf Vacation Rental!), but we're back in town now and back to work! Tomorrow, we'll be filming this year's Q108 Wedding Giveaway winner's wedding ceremony in the Butterfly Garden next to Valor Hall. We've never shot there before so we're pumped about the new venue!

Back to the virtual tour world, here are some of our recent video tours and photos that we've taken for the Felicia Long Team. If you’re an agent in the Clarksville, Hopkinsville, Oak Grove, etc area, please feel free to contact us for more information on our virtual tour video and real estate photography services.

This home (below) is already under contract, just a week and a half after we posted the virtual tour online!

This little beauty (below) closed this morning, also just a week and a half after we posted the virtual tour online!

Real Estate Virtual Tours

Today, we wanted to share another real estate virtual tour that we filmed and edited for the Felicia Long Team. This is a cute little starter home with SO much potential - seriously, this yard is to die for! I currently live in a newer neighborhood and I would LOVE to have some of these trees around my home. The mature trees created so much great shade - I filmed this home in the middle of summer and the house was so nice and cool without having to run the AC, just from the trees keeping the sun from blazing down on the house. For more info on this listing, contact the Felicia Long Team (contact info at the bottom of this post). You can also see more of her listings by clicking here to visit the Felicia Long Team's YouTube channel, youtube.com/felicialongteam.

For all you agents out there, we now include photos of the home in our virtual tour package, so for $150, we do the HD video virtual tour, edited to music, uploaded to youtube.com within 48 hours of filming the home (we can upload to your current YouTube channel or we can create one for you) AND photos of the home (all rooms and outside of home). Below are some sample photos that we took from this same listing.

If you're an agent interested in our video and photo virtual tour services for one of your listings, contact us today for more information. Call 931-920-4220 or e-mail info@turningpointproductions.com.

Welcoming Willowbrook

We filmed another virtual tour a couple days ago for the Felicia Long Team. I. Love. This. House. The layout is so amazing! From the outside, this home doesn't look nearly as big as it is. Inside is 2,665 square feet of awesomeness! My favorite part of the house is the second story. There are 4 bedrooms that all merge at a huge bonus room. It's amazing. It's so easy to see a family with kids living there. Other features of the house that I love are the main floor master bedroom (laundry room adjacent!), Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs, and the open concept kitchen and living room. The neighborhood is amazing too. I'm a huge fan of sidewalks plus they have a community playground and a stocked pond.

Virtual Tour

A couple weeks ago, we filmed a virtual home tour for the Felicia Long Team. The home is SO beautiful - and if you happen to be looking for a home here in Clarksville, I believe it's still on the market. One of my favorite parts of the home has to be the master bathroom - I love slate tile and I especially love the His & Hers walk-in master closets. I'm definitely going to be looking for separate closets in our next home! Another perk to this house is the bonus room which includes a Sony home theatre system & Bose surround sound - we're Sony & Bose snobs so that's ideal for us! Sadly, we're not on the market for a new home, but I know someone is going to fall in love with this house, especially when they get a look at the backyard! You can watch the virtual tour of the home below. We really enjoyed filming and editing this project and we're looking forward to showcasing more homes in the future. If you're an agent interested in a virtual tour of one of your listings, contact us today for pricing and more information on our services.
