We've Moved!

So, after 10 years of being based out of Clarksville, TN, I'm excited to announce that we have moved to the Emerald Coast in Florida! We are still filming and editing events in the Clarksville-Nashville-Hopkinsville area (and I love a good reason to go visit all our friends up there!) but now we're also serving the panhandle area. My husband and I actually had a beach wedding so it's a fun change of pace to get to film destination weddings down here.

But for all my Clarksville peeps, if you know anyone looking for a home, our old house is on the market and we'd love for them to check it out: 1837 Twin Rivers Rd, Clarksville, TN 37040

Sly Fox Drive

We're in the midst of wedding season, but even though I'm elbow deep in editing, I'm still sneaking in virtual tour shoots whenever I get a chance. Check out this great listing from the Felicia Long Team:

One of my favorite things about this house has to be the color. I love that when giving directions, you can just say "It's the yellow house!" and people can easily find your home.

Gotta love these stainless steel appliances:

The house has a deck and a fenced in yard - perfect for pets!

Amazingly Large Rec Room:

This kitchen is even more beautiful in person:

The master suite is loaded with awesomeness, including this remodeled bathroom:

And the master closet has gorgeous built ins:

And even more built ins:

My favorite part of this home is the back deck. It was MASSIVE!

This house is on 1+ acre overlooking the Red River so this outdoor living space is private and quiet:

Here Comes the Sun

It's SO nice seeing the sun again! :) I love shooting virtual tours on sunny days - the houses just seem so happy and bright when the sun is shining! Here's a recent virtual tour we shot for Monica Trigueros with ERA Chappell & Associates Realty, LLC. CHECK. OUT. THIS. KITCHEN.

Master bathroom awesomeness:

Look at the custom shelves in the bonus room - there are SO many fun ways these could be decorated:

And my favorite room, the sun room. Lovin the view from all these windows:

Emily & Sean: The Trailer

Emily and Sean are the NICEST and SWEETEST couple ever! (note the caps lock - that's how you know I mean it) They are perfect for each other and I'm so glad we were there to film their wedding day. They had a beautiful ceremony outside at the Joe Swing Rec Facility on post, followed by a fun-filled ceremony inside. I had tons of fun watching their reception dance footage, pulling out clips for their trailer film. Emily and Sean hired the Joel Brown Band to perform at their reception, and live music always gets people on their feet so there was plenty of dance footage to choose from! Can't wait to edit the rest of their films!

Samantha & Manuel

Sometimes editing a highlights film for a wedding is just easy. The footage flows so effortlessly together, everyone's smiling and laughing, and it's so obvious that the bride and groom are happy together and meant to be. That's how I feel about Samantha and Manuel's mosaic film. It was so great getting to spend their wedding day with them, where they were surrounded by such happy and supportive friends and family. My favorite part of their wedding day was when the bride and grooms' guests serenaded them at the reception, and that ended up being my inspiration for their highlights film. Enjoy!

Sport's Highlights

It's that time of year again! Seniors are getting ready to graduate from high school and go on to college. For us, that means it's sport's highlights season! High school athletes who are hoping to play in college need highlight reels to send to colleges, so they often come to us with their footage from recent games, and we edit the best shots together to make their highlights videos. Thanks to YouTube, most athletes don't have to send DVDs to recruiters any more; we upload the highlights film to YouTube and then the players can send the link to college recruiters so they can watch it online.

Here's a sample football highlights film that we edited last year. (reminder: this is not our footage - just our editing)

The above video was for a junior at Clarksville Academy. Because, in football, it's hard to know which player to watch at the beginning of a play, the client asked me to highlight the player with a red square. We customize each sport's highlights film at the client's request. Below is our most recent highlights film. This one is for a senior at Clarksville High School, and the client asked that his footage be edited to a requested song.

Music: "Headstrong" by Trapt

If you're in the market for a sport's highlights film, please contact us at 931-920-4220 or e-mail info@turningpointproductions.com. Our sport's highlights packages include the customized edited film on DVD and uploaded to YouTube.

Welcoming Willowbrook

We filmed another virtual tour a couple days ago for the Felicia Long Team. I. Love. This. House. The layout is so amazing! From the outside, this home doesn't look nearly as big as it is. Inside is 2,665 square feet of awesomeness! My favorite part of the house is the second story. There are 4 bedrooms that all merge at a huge bonus room. It's amazing. It's so easy to see a family with kids living there. Other features of the house that I love are the main floor master bedroom (laundry room adjacent!), Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs, and the open concept kitchen and living room. The neighborhood is amazing too. I'm a huge fan of sidewalks plus they have a community playground and a stocked pond.

Virtual Tour

A couple weeks ago, we filmed a virtual home tour for the Felicia Long Team. The home is SO beautiful - and if you happen to be looking for a home here in Clarksville, I believe it's still on the market. One of my favorite parts of the home has to be the master bathroom - I love slate tile and I especially love the His & Hers walk-in master closets. I'm definitely going to be looking for separate closets in our next home! Another perk to this house is the bonus room which includes a Sony home theatre system & Bose surround sound - we're Sony & Bose snobs so that's ideal for us! Sadly, we're not on the market for a new home, but I know someone is going to fall in love with this house, especially when they get a look at the backyard! You can watch the virtual tour of the home below. We really enjoyed filming and editing this project and we're looking forward to showcasing more homes in the future. If you're an agent interested in a virtual tour of one of your listings, contact us today for pricing and more information on our services. NEW Multimedia!

A couple Saturdays ago, I filmed a multimedia wedding with the ever fabulous Bethany Ann Photography. I'll be combining Bethany's photos with my footage to create a multimedia film for Molly & Dave. The happy couple renewed their vows at the Soldier's Chapel on post and had a super fun reception at the Joe Swing recreational facility. I'm not done editing their film yet, but I just had to share some of Bethany's photos from the day! Here's Molly & Dave right after their first look:
Check out Molly's killer shoes!
Delicious AND beautiful:
And finally, I can't WAIT to edit footage from their first dance. IT. WAS. AWESOME.
