Homes For Sale

We recently filmed and photographed some homes for sale for Larry Chappell over at ERA and Jeffrey Danault with Keller Williams. First up is a fun home on Hazelwood Drive in Clarksville! I was so happy I was able to shoot on one of our rare sunny days this winter (seriously, I'm sick of the cloudy days).

I REALLY love the floor plan in this house. It has a nice, open kitchen & dining room:

Next up is this awesome property we shot for Jeffrey Danault. This Squirrel Drive home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in Dover. I got to talk to the homeowners and they really love living there, so much so that they are actually moving into another house in the same neighborhood. I think that really speaks volumes about how enjoyable it is to live there.

Real Estate Virtual Tours

Today, we wanted to share another real estate virtual tour that we filmed and edited for the Felicia Long Team. This is a cute little starter home with SO much potential - seriously, this yard is to die for! I currently live in a newer neighborhood and I would LOVE to have some of these trees around my home. The mature trees created so much great shade - I filmed this home in the middle of summer and the house was so nice and cool without having to run the AC, just from the trees keeping the sun from blazing down on the house. Welcoming Willowbrook

We filmed another virtual tour a couple days ago for the Felicia Long Team. I. Love. This. House. The layout is so amazing! From the outside, this home doesn't look nearly as big as it is. Inside is 2,665 square feet of awesomeness! My favorite part of the house is the second story. There are 4 bedrooms that all merge at a huge bonus room. It's amazing. It's so easy to see a family with kids living there. Other features of the house that I love are the main floor master bedroom (laundry room adjacent!), Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs, and the open concept kitchen and living room. The neighborhood is amazing too. I'm a huge fan of sidewalks plus they have a community playground and a stocked pond.

Virtual Tour

A couple weeks ago, we filmed a virtual home tour for the Felicia Long Team. The home is SO beautiful - and if you happen to be looking for a home here in Clarksville, I believe it's still on the market. One of my favorite parts of the home has to be the master bathroom - I love slate tile and I especially love the His & Hers walk-in master closets. I'm definitely going to be looking for separate closets in our next home! Another perk to this house is the bonus room which includes a Sony home theatre system & Bose surround sound - we're Sony & Bose snobs so that's ideal for us! Sadly, we're not on the market for a new home, but I know someone is going to fall in love with this house, especially when they get a look at the backyard!
