Sly Fox Drive

We're in the midst of wedding season, but even though I'm elbow deep in editing, I'm still sneaking in virtual tour shoots whenever I get a chance. Check out this great listing from the Felicia Long Team:

One of my favorite things about this house has to be the color. I love that when giving directions, you can just say "It's the yellow house!" and people can easily find your home.

Gotta love these stainless steel appliances:

The house has a deck and a fenced in yard - perfect for pets!

Heron Ridge Court

I recently shot this beauty for the Felicia Long Team! If you like what you see, click here to visit the personalized website I created for this home. The site includes more photos, virtual tour video, details about the home, and list price.

Amazingly Large Rec Room:

This kitchen is even more beautiful in person:

The master suite is loaded with awesomeness, including this remodeled bathroom:

And the master closet has gorgeous built ins:

And even more built ins:

My favorite part of this home is the back deck. It was MASSIVE!

This house is on 1+ acre overlooking the Red River so this outdoor living space is private and quiet:

Fox Crossing & Crosswinds Homes

It's been a fun few weeks! We recently shot 8 homes for Lindy Schmittou of Reliant Realty and then took 10 days off to go visit some family, so now it's time to catch up on some blogging! These Hutcheson Construction homes are in the Crosswinds and Fox Crossing subdivisions. Here are some miscellaneous shots of some of the houses. If you're interested in seeing any of these homes, contact Lindy Schmittou at 931-245-8800 for more information.

Love the blue garage door, front door and shutters (see below)! It's so beautiful and unique; makes me want a blue house. :)

Gorgeous kitchen! Here it is with white cabinetry:

And dark cabinetry (see below). These high ceilings are even more amazing in person.

I love covered back porches! You can't beat a beautiful outdoor living space:

Here Comes the Sun

It's SO nice seeing the sun again! :) I love shooting virtual tours on sunny days - the houses just seem so happy and bright when the sun is shining! Here's a recent virtual tour we shot for Monica Trigueros with ERA Chappell & Associates Realty, LLC. Click here or visit turningpointproductions.com/virtualtours/1393judgetylerdr.html to view the custom website we created for this Hickory Wild home.

CHECK. OUT. THIS. KITCHEN.

Master bathroom awesomeness:

Look at the custom shelves in the bonus room - there are SO many fun ways these could be decorated:

And my favorite room, the sun room. Lovin the view from all these windows:

Homes For Sale

We recently filmed and photographed some homes for sale for Larry Chappell over at ERA and Jeffrey Danault with Keller Williams. First up is a fun home on Hazelwood Drive in Clarksville! I was so happy I was able to shoot on one of our rare sunny days this winter (seriously, I'm sick of the cloudy days).

I REALLY love the floor plan in this house. It has a nice, open kitchen & dining room:

HUGE master bathroom. Seriously, this bathroom might be bigger than my first apartment:

Nice, big bonus room:

Great backyard! Lots of area to run/play - this is definitely a kid-friendly home & neighborhood.

Click here to visit turningpointproductions.com/virtualtours/1715hazelwoodrd.html to see the website we made for this Hazelwood Drive home (includes all photos, pricing, etc) and be sure to contact the Larry Chappell Team for more information about this property.

Next up is this awesome property we shot for Jeffrey Danault. This Squirrel Drive home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in Dover. I got to talk to the homeowners and they really love living there, so much so that they are actually moving into another house in the same neighborhood. I think that really speaks volumes about how enjoyable it is to live there.

Love this open concept floor plan:

Big kitchen leading into a large laundry room/mud room with it's own entrance from the car port:

No backyard neighbors AND it's walking distance to the lake. I can only imagine how beautiful this looks in the summer!
